Opus Jumpsuit in Thunderstruck
A fresh take on the beloved Accra jumpsuit, the Opus has dolman sleeves, inseam pockets, a button placket, and a tie waist. Straight trouser legs are long and great for heels or for rolling. Our cotton takes the dye beautifully and can really be dressed way up or down. These fit loose on top and the waist is drawstring, so adjustable. The hip is a bit slimmer, but still not tight. We recommend ordering your usual size.

Caring for your hand crafted batik garment:

To wash, turn your garment inside out. Preferably hand wash or machine wash cold on a delicate cycle with similar colors. Use a very mild detergent.

Hang to dry. The dye will fade over time from exposure to direct sunlight.

Iron (inside out) on a low heat setting or steam to get rid of wrinkles.

Think twice before you wash - could you get another wear in before washing? Is it really time?

If in doubt, dry clean.

United StatesWarning for long torsos
I ordered my normal size medium (5'6, 150lb) given the mixed reviews re: running too large or too small. The fit was great everyone except the torso length which was far too short. So long-torsoed folks beware - this may not be the jumpsuit for you.

Print is amazing as always, and this one is perfect for summer, I have another one heavier cotton but this is light and airy and PERFECT :) wish it would ship quicker though ha ha

Sadly I had to return this jumpsuit. The color pattern is so beautiful, but there were too many issues with the fit for me to keep it. I’m 5’9” 140 and I purchased the small. The hips and waist were cut far too generously, the inseam length too long and also very big in the chest. I would have considered sizing down, but despite being large in many places, the girth was cut too high and tight. Also, because it’s in the cotton, it doesn’t have a fluid drape right off the bat like a rayon would, which could remedy some of the fit issues-the cotton is crispy making all that extra fabric puff out.

I loved this jumpsuit but it was too tight so I exchanged it. I have the wrap dress in carmine and it’s the most beautiful dress I've ever owned. I love the feel and drape of the fabric. The jumpsuit felt more like a straight-up cotton. Next I’m ordering the jumpsuit in dot dot. Another gorgeous print. Each garment is so original; you can feel the hand of the artisans who created it.
United StatesHorrible fit - when I opened it I assumed wrong size had been sent, it's ENORMOUS
Sadly have to return this, although I wanted to love it. When I took it out of the packaging I was convinced I'd been sent the wrong size because it was so huge, but the label reads 's'. It genuinely fits like a L/ XL. I don't mind my clothing to be a little flowy but I was drowning in this. I'm also 5'8 and it was so long, even on me. I have a different Osei Duro jumpsuit in a S so was really disappointed by this :(
