All full priced items, including those purchased with the Welcome Code: Exchange, credit note, or refund. 

Sale items and items purchased with discount code:  exchange or credit note.

All returned ITEMs must be unWORN, unWASHED, unALTERED, and free of pet hair. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 days of recieving them, with ORIGINAL TAGS AND A COPY OF INVOICE. PLEASE INDICATE ON THE BACK OF YOUR INVOICE THE REASON OF YOUR RETURN. We cannot make EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

Outgoing and return SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. However if AN ITEM is FAULTY OR DAMAGED, we can REIMBURSE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE cannot ACCEPT responsibility FOR SHIPPING LOSS OR DAMAGE OF RETURNED GOODS. OSEI-DURO does NOT REFUND INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES. If you are ordering internationally and want to ask for specific shipping details or methods, you must let us know upon ordering.

For refunds, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CREDITED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT LESS ANY SHIPPING COSTS INCURRED by Osei-Duro. YOU WILL BE EMAILED A CONFIRMATION ONCE THE TRANSACTION GOES THROUGH. IF GOODS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE, YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED or given online store credit. ALL TRANSACTIONS WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

Credit notes are valid for one year from date of issue.

• UK:  $15.00 shipped alone, $4.00 with other items.
• Rest of the world:  $17.00 shipped alone, $4.00 with other items.

WE SHIP USPS TO ORDERS IN THE UNITED STATES, CANADA, UK, EUROPE, AND AUSTRALIA. ALL OTHER COUNTRIES WE UPS.  We ship within 1-5 days of order time. If you have specific mailing needs or a rush, please get in touch when you order. All packages we ship are trackable.

We are not responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes on international shipments. 

We feel you, but we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders, or items damaged in transit. That said, get in touch if any issues and we will help out as best we can from our end. And please ensure that your shipping address is a secure location.

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.
