RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All full priced items, including those purchased with the welcome code: Exchange, credit note, or refund. 

Sale items and items purchased with discount code:  exchange or credit note.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of pet hair. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them, with original tags and a copy of the invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice the reason for your return. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.

Outgoing and return shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if an item is faulty or damaged, we can reimburse return shipping charges. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We also cannot accept returns of items that were not bought from us. Please approach the seller in those cases. Osei-Duro does not refund international duties and taxes. If you are ordering internationally and want to ask for specific shipping details or methods, you must let us know upon ordering.

For refunds, your account will be credited within five days of receipt less any shipping costs incurred by Osei-Duro. You will be emailed a confirmation once the transaction is processed. If goods are not available for exchange you will be reimbursed or given online store credit. All transactions will be refunded in the original payment method.

Credit notes are valid for one year from date of issue.

LOST PACKAGES
Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to our customer service right away. After an order has been marked as delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
