Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! We are a very small brand, and every purchase impacts our livelihoods and our efforts to keep hand dyed small batch fashion alive.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store, but of course we understand that things happen. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read through our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Eligible Returns
  • Full-Priced Items: All full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange, including those purchased with a welcome code. You will be able to exchange it, get a credit note, or refund.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased with a discount code, through “Make an Offer” or on sale are eligible for exchange or credit note only, and are not eligible for a refund.
Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Return Within 14 Days: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this window are only eligible for a credit note, not a refund. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.

  • Unworn, Unwashed, and Unaltered: The item must be in its original, unused condition. If it is not we can not accept it.

  • Free from Pet Hair: Items must be free of pet hair, odors, stains, or any form of damage. If it is not we can not accept it.

  • Original Tags: All returned items must have any original tags attached, and you must include your order number with the return.

Please ensure that you indicate the reason for your return. Returns without a reason specified will cause delays in processing your request.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please ensure that the item meets the return conditions outlined above. If the item you are requesting to exchange is not available, you will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned goods. Our inventory is small, and we apologize in advance that we cannot hold goods for exchange.

Non-Refundable Costs
  • Shipping Fees: Outgoing and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Loss or Damage: We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items during the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot refund you on the cost of any third party insurance policies.
  • Duties & Taxes: We are unable to refund any international duties, taxes, or customs fees that may have been charged on your order. For international returns, please contact your local customs office for more details.
Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your order, minus any shipping costs incurred by Osei-Duro. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Credit Notes
  • Use of Credit: Credit notes can be used towards future purchases on our website. Purchases made with a credit note are final sale.
International Orders

If you are ordering internationally and have any specific shipping preferences, please let us know at the time of your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that Osei-Duro does not cover any international duties or taxes.

Items Not Purchased from Osei-Duro

We cannot accept returns for items not purchased directly from our store. If you have bought an item from another retailer, please reach out to them for assistance.

Lost Packages

Oh no! If your package is missing or late, please reach out to the delivery provider. Please email us too — we like to be kept in the loop, but ultimately, delivery issues must be taken up and resolved with the carrier or with Route Package Protection. Purchasing our package protection when you order will ensure that you can have any lost package replaced.

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Please double check when you order, as orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses can not be reshipped or refunded.

How to Return an Item
  1. Ensure that your item meets the return conditions outlined above.
  2. Package the item securely with the original tags.
  3. Include a note indicating the reason for your return and/or email orders@oseiduro.com
  4. Send your return to the address below.
