Shipping Info

We fulfill all online orders from our distribution center in Colorado. We offer free shipping on all orders over USD$200. For all other orders please see below:

USA: $8.00 first item, $4.00 each additional item.
Canada: USD$10.00 first item, USD$4.00 each additional item.
Australia: USD$10.00 first item, USD$4.00 each additional item.
UK: USD$15.00 first item, USD$4.00 each additional item.
Rest of the world: USD$17.00 first item, USD$4.00 each additional item.

We ship USPS to orders in the United States. All other countries we use DHL. We ship within 1-5 days of order time. If you have specific mailing needs or a rush, please get in touch when you order. All packages we ship are trackable.

All tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 10%–40% of the order value, depending on the customer’s delivery address. We are not responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes on international shipments.

We feel you, but we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders, or items damaged in transit. That said, get in touch if any issues and we will help out as best we can from our end. And please ensure that your shipping address is a secure location.

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.
